Artist Statement

We see before us, in the latest works of Karenina Fabrizzi, a summary of energy, introspection and balance.
In the work of this artist reverie and life become one through vibrant brushstrokes, which quite taken the pulse of our memory and opens the way towards our soul and the way towards our soul with an innate force. The lines snake, unite, separate and involves us in a net with memories of the past, which direct us irreversibly towards ourselves.
To know her work is to lie in wait, to free the sense. This is because her art is an organic one; the pieces breathe, flow and grow without ever stopping.
In front of us thousands of paths converge to give way to a special language and in the silence we are witnesses of how the picture gains life.
The same paradoxes which form our existence are reflected in the work of this painter, producing a symbiosis in which the observer feels themselves to be the hero.
This is where the magic lies: in seeing ourselves reflected.
It is also an invitation to stroll along the chasm of the near future, all the while being careful to recognise ourselves amongst the crowd.
